Generally, I have a No Refund policy on your selection of goods.

If you are unsure of a product, then contact me before you buy and I will provide any additional information I can before you place your order.

Please check your order from the listing provided after you go to the checkout process.

Once you have authorised your order and its payment, I will assume that your order is correct and will despatch it accordingly.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights to a refund if the product is defective in any way.    

However, the product will need to be returned unused with its associated packaging slip. 

If the product supplied is defective, please contact us immediately and I will arrange a replacement, an alternative or a credit as you wish.   

If the item is defective, I will gladly refund your return postage.
